If you decide that YouTube Viral Mastery wasn’t the right investment for you, you’re entitled to a refund ONLY IF below-mentioned conditions are satisfied at the same time.

Two simple conditions about our refund policy:

FIRST CONDITION: You must have asked for a refund within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.

SECOND CONDITION: To be eligible for a refund, you must not have watched more than 10% of the course. We’ll check the same using our course analytics. Any usage beyond that will not be eligible for a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  1. Reason 1: Incompatibility with Mobile Devices We have made it explicitly clear on our website that all the software provided in our courses are specifically designed for PC/Laptop use only. They are not compatible with mobile phones or other devices. As such, we cannot offer refunds to customers who are unable to use the software due to their choice of a mobile device.

  2. Reason 2: Incompatibility with Mac (Apple Devices) Our courses and associated software have been designed and optimized for Windows PC/Laptop use. As clearly stated on our website, these resources are not compatible with Mac or Apple devices. Refunds will not be granted for Mac users who face compatibility issues.

  3. Reason 3: Insufficient Time Commitment We understand that our courses require time and effort to see positive results. As mentioned on our website, success in the course is dependent on the individual’s dedication and commitment to putting in the required work and time. Therefore, requests for refunds based on claims of not having enough time to complete the course will not be eligible for consideration.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

“Our team possesses the capability to reject fraudulent refund requests in instances where we detect users attempting to obtain refunds through deceptive means.”
